Streamline your NDT processes with our state-of-the-art automated cleaning system that comprises a Waterjet Cleaning Machine, High Pressure Cleaning Machine, Machine Cleaning and High Pressure Waterjet Machine.
This process can be for general cleaning purposes for applications like precision cleaning, degreasing or stripping.
It can also involve surface preparation, surface treatment, NDT or other procedures where parts are submerged in a liquid processing chamber.

Automated FPI & MPI Systems

ChiNDT FPI Systems are high-end immersion systems that integrate the cleaning of parts, surface preparation, and surface treatment in an automated manner. It can consist of non-destructive testing (NDT) machines and are ideal for revealing defects, such as aerospace turbine engine components in particular.
Our MPI System can also be used for the detection of surface and near-surface flaws in ferromagnetic materials and is primarily used for crack detection.

UV LED Lamp Testing
Add efficiency to your non-destructive examinations

When using a UV LED light to perform non-destructive testing, the light needs to make the chemicals fluoresce. The UV light is also required to irradiate a minimum intensity at a predefined distance. This test is essentially to ensure that the light is stable and that there are no beam variations observed in beam intensity.
Some UV NDT lamps include the PHOENIX (PX) Series UV LED lamp with Camera, which is a handheld UV LED Lamp with white light and UV light emissions. Equipable with black light filters, PHOENIX also boasts a HD Camera with 12.0 Million Pixels and is a good companion for taking photos or videos of cracks. The operating system of PHOENIX is Android 4.4 and the data can be transmitted via Built-in Wi-Fi or Micro-USB connector.
This lamp also meets all international inspection standards including ASTM E1444, ASTM, etc., and can be powered by electrical mains or built-in batteries with battery indicators.
